Saperavi Rose is produced from the Saperavi grape variety grown in Manavi, Kakheti region. The wine was vinified in a stainless steel vessel, under a short contact with grape skins. It is pale pomegranate in color, with aromas of ripe red berries and strawberry jam. Palette is well-balanced with a lively acidity. Best with: salads, fish and fresh fruits. Best served at: +8°-10°C (+46°-50° F).
